Robyn has gone above and beyond to assist myself and my husband through the years. After moving back home last year, after being gone for 20 years, we didn't know where to turn for a loan after our house roof leaked during the remnants of Hellene. We heard good things about Lake Chem from a friend. We walked in without having an appointment at approximately 4:30pm and asked to speak to a loan officer. We were met within minutes by Jennifer Morton. She was nice and friendly. I was severely injured in a auto accident and I am totally disabled. Most banks don't want to even talk to people in my position. Jennifer treated me and my wife like long lost family. We talked about our situation, and she took a credit application. By 10 AM the next day we were signing loan papers! In my 59 years on this planet I have never felt more at ease in a banking process. People like Jennifer are why I loved growing up here.
